teethingGrowing up is tough for everyone (lots of us adults still struggle with it!). The first tooth is a big milestone for every tot. Some sail through it – you’ll only notice when they flash a toothy grin! But others will struggle as - ouch! -  troublesome teeth push through their little gums.

If your wee one has been dribbling, has rosy cheeks, is unsettled at night and crankier than usual, it could be that the root of the problem is teething. You could ease their pain by softly rubbing sore gums with a clean finger or offering a cold teething ring to chew. You could also consider having a chat to your pharmacist if the pain persists.

Once the tooth is through, look after that precious smile with a soft toothbrush and a smear of fluoride toothpaste.
