What you need:

Blankets and sheets
Chairs (3–4)

A room with lots of floor space

What to do:

Make space for your wee one’s imagination to come alive – with a few chairs and a sheet or two! Suddenly, there’s a castle in your house, or a tent in the jungle… you may be invited in, then again, maybe not.

Place the chairs in a circle, and starting with the heaviest blanket, drape all the blankets and sheets over the chairs. Try tucking the ends beneath the chairs, or tying them around a doorknob. Now you have your very own castle. Your wee one can hide in it, read in it, have a picnic in it, or maybe line up an army of toys to defend it!
