You don’t need a book to read to your wee one. You’re reading all the time – from the bus timetable to the TV guide – so they’re perfect to read aloud to your toddler. They love being part of what’s going on!

By showing them you need words to do lots of things, you’re helping them to learn how the world works. (Plus it’ll help you not to miss the bus or your favourite programme too!)
